AIMS Games - 2026 School Gazebo Information

2026 SCHOOL
GAZEBO INFORMATION

THROUGHOUT THE ZESPRI AIMS GAMES, LARGE CLUBHOUSE MARQUEES ARE AVAILABLE AT ALL OUTDOOR SPORTS CODES.

These are clearly marked on each venue’s site map and are available for schools to use at any time.

Schools may bring their own gazebos; however, the maximum permitted size is 6m x 6m.

If you are bringing your own gazebo, the following rules apply at all venues:

General Gazebo Rules

  • Gazebos must be securely weighted and/or pegged at all times to account for wind.

  • Be considerate of neighbouring schools and available space.

  • At the end of each day, remove the gazebo cover and lower the frame.

  • Do not leave personal property inside your gazebo overnight.

  • Gazebos left onsite overnight are done so at the school’s own risk.

  • All equipment (including broken or damaged items) must be removed when you leave. Schools will be invoiced for disposal of any items left behind.

  • Vehicle access for gazebo set‑up or pack‑down is not permitted unless expressly approved by Zespri AIMS Games staff.

  • Any gazebo left unattended, damaged, or deemed unsafe will be taken down immediately.

  • Event staff and venue management may move or remove any gazebo that poses a safety risk or is erected outside designated zones.
