Registrations open via our online system.

• Only the school’s designated Zespri AIMS Games Coordinator may register.

• Each school receives a unique login code to complete entries.

Registrations close.

• All entries must be paid in full by this date — no exceptions.

• Oversubscribed codes will be reviewed by the Executive Committee; refunds will be issued if entry is declined.

For athletes in Golf, Gymnastics, Tennis, and Yachting, upload:

• Full name, date of birth, sporting code specific details (where applicable).

Schools will receive their registration fee invoice.

Final date to pay registration fees.

• Late entries (if accepted) incur a 50% penalty and are only considered if the code is not at capacity.

Swimmers must submit event selections via Swimming NZ Fast Lane.

Upload all athlete and team details:

• Names, DOB, code info, coach/manager contacts.

• Applies to registered athletes only — no late entries accepted.

Parents/caregivers must complete:

• Medical form

• Media waiver
